Sean O’Donovan RIP

It is with deep regret that Clann na nGael were recently made aware of the sad passing of a great Scorcher, Sean O’Donovan, late of Bantry Road and Glasheen, Cork City.
Sean was an accomplished footballer of high degree, winning medals at almost every grade for our club, culminating in winning a West Cork Junior medal in 1981.
Sean always had the best interest of our club at heart and was a loyal supporter to the present day. To all his extended family we send our sincere and heartfelt condolences.
Gone, but will always be remembered as a great Scorcher. May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
